Need a boost of confidence and energy? Here’s a film that I watch whenever I want to be reminded of why I chose to be a leader and what can happen if I continue to work at making my small part of the world a better place.

The Man Who Planted Trees, also known as The Story of Elzéard Bouffier, is a tale by French author Jean Giono. It was adapted as movie and has earned many awards including an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. The creation of this film was remarkable – it took 5 years and 20,000 drawings to bring the story to the screen.
